    Yes, several years ago I too got my MEIP holding back from the State of Delaware Lost Property Office, after being directed to them by Computershare US. The shares were reinstated to the Computershare US registry, and I can now access my holdings online. Important to log on from time to time (once a year) - no activity means they'll revert to the Lost Property Office. You'll need to send this form to [email protected]
