Yes I also received a MEI Pharma advice form on or around the 27th nov, it was just an indication of what to expect, I then received also a DRT Form to sell shares or issue a certificate for them, it shows my holding as of the 3rd Dec 2012, which I also received around the 21st of December 2012, but I believe there is still to come another form showing your holding after the MEIP reverse split, which occured on the 19th December 2012.
None of the forms I have received shows my holding as of the 19th Dec 2012, I believe they will come soon.
