So let me go through it in a different way.

The company is proud of the fact it has over 8000 share holders. If all shareholders supported the CR by either purchasing their allocation or purchasing $1,250 of new shares, the CR would be full subscribed.

If all share holders had the same additude as yourself not to participate then this company will go into VA.

I have participated in past CRs and will participate in this one as well. I have done my research around the tech and the management and do agree that some criticisms of the Directors is warranted but mistakes happen and we need to be able to move on.

I do believe this CR will be the turning point for this company and 2020 will see sentiment change.
