In regards to the comment "progressing quite well", I don't consider this as insider trading at all.
It is a subjective comment, and does not provide any quantitative metrics like percentage uptake for example.

As for the softbook, again i don't consider this as insider trading. It has been announced that the soft book is strong, and that the CR is expected to be successful.
What was revealed was the breakdown of professional investors that make up the softbook (institutions, brokers, and soph. / high net worth investors) but thiis is expected when you talk about "professional investors".
