Valuation wise i dont know what fair value is for MEJ , also i dont know how many of those new 47m shares that can be sold will take 50% profit if it opens at 30c post consolidation . 83M vendor shares will be escrowed also the 25m performance shares. Maybe the price falls to the low 20c range post consolidation and cap raise , daytraders may get in then.
