It will actually be lodged with ASIC tomorrow, although I think the ASX gets it at the same time. I would expect an announcement, under the continuous disclosure rules of the ASX. 25/3/14
Today's announcement says that the prospectus will be lodged tomorrow 28th March, not 26th as mentioned in the news release of 13th March.
The announcement reads well to me. It is in line with most of what I have researched lately. And most important, the directors all have a great record of success. Square pegs in square holes. The investment manager recorded a 60% return on his $20m invested, and the chairman has certainly has a spectacular record of success.
I'm buying those guys. If they can't make it work, it ain't gonna happen for anyone.
