That's how I see it too.

Obviously the directors have put a value on DigitalBTC. That is the key to it all.

Given that our shares held today will be divided by 5.715 but hopefully retain their value, that leaves a gap of 22 cents*. So presumably that's a starting point for the value of DigitalBTC.

*Calculation. buy 100000 shares now = cost = $6200
Divide 100000 by 5.715 = 17497 shares, which are still worth $6200, = 35cps.

Less 13.6 = 22 cents.

So DigitalBTC is valued at $18.2m. (.22 * 82m shares issued.)

I think that DigitalBTC will be worth a lot more than $18.2m.
