U pay for global goods and services using bitcoins. The seller vendor of these goods and services will take on the fx conversion in their domiciled currency when they need to.
Also bitcoins transaction fees are small relative to fiat currencies. Ie wiring money overseas.
With bitcoins u only attract a tiny fee when u buy bitcoins. Then u keep ur bitcoins in the system and this attracts no fees until u need to convert back to fiat.
There will be exchanges that will innovate to minimise fiat conversion to bitcoins for all currencies. There is an opportunity here right now.
