    the bit coin price is substantially lower than it was 3 months ago yet the difficulty factor since 3 months ago is substantially higher. There is no way profitability of mining bitcoins at these prices is sustainable. As for the prospectus we will see what the figures digitalBTC has been earnings. I bet they have been loosing money.
