hi, i appreciate your work and analysis, however it is difficult to draw conclusions. For example, i have oarticipated in raises through "investment banks" but i only use that broker account for sophisticated investor raises. I then transfer to my "retail" account for simplicity to keep track of all holdings. I will then add to my position (or take profits) via the retail account. I am a tight arse and the retail accounts have cheaper brokerage than the invesment bank/ broker accounts.

the mere inspecie transfer from the raise into my retail account will make it lool like investment bank selling and retail buying.

the brokers have told me they have several accounts like mine ( no advice, just access to raises). I'm 41. Guessing people older than me would kike to chat to their broker and call them to place trades (leave in "investment bank account") and people younger than me may not have a "sophisticated investor certificate" yet. But there would be a bunch of say 35 to 49 year olds in a similar boat to me who would participate in raises then transfer back to a retail account. Purely for cheaper brokerage & ease of reporting
