Refer to announcement on 21 December 2020:

"Latitude have received firm commitments to undertake a two tranche share placement to raise A$10m. Shaw and Partners Limited has acted as Sole Lead Manager to the capital raising which is expected to settle in February 2021 subject to a general meeting of shareholders."

MEK (formerly LCD) released 500 million shares to instos and sophisticated investors at a price of 0.02. Tranche 1 settled on 12th January 2021. Tranche 2 settled on 11th February 2021.

These FPO shares funded Andy Well purchase for 8 million. No doubt Shaw and Co are liquidating positions with a minimum three cent margin...
