..they just told me after quite a long wait on hold it's not their responsibility..and they're aren't going to do anything about it. They say it's the third party vendors responsibility which is find right at the bottom of that page under the chart. the vendor appears to be IHS Markit Digital....no Aussie office...or Econoday....both look virtually impossible to contact....lol.....
