..was great actually if I do say so myself and pretty straightforward ...been cooking Malaysian of late..which probably won’t rush to do again as it takes so much time and the ingredients are hard to get and the result can vary.......didn’t realise Thai was actually so quick by comparison.....the cooking time is often literally 5 minutes...the time goes in cutting up the garlic lemongrass etc but you do if for several days at once and have it largely done for the next night...
..the other big risk I’m thinking about is whether to sell a few BYEs if MEL hangs around 2.7c..?
