Talking about MEL being undervalued, check out this comparison valuation of CSG assets, published today in the SMH breaking news section:

"Origin Energy says it will take full control of a Queensland coal seam gas exploration permit that it bought recently for $660 million.

Origin had the right to acquire the interest in the permit, known as ATP 788P through its arrangement with joint venture partner ConocoPhillips.

On Wednesday Origin said its joint venture with ConocoPhillips, Australia Pacific LNG (APLNG), decided not to exercise its option.

"Origin will therefore acquire a 100 per cent interest in ATP 788P," the company said.

The site is expected to provide 1,150 petajoules of proved, probable and possible coal seam gas reserves."

What value does that place on our MEL stock, with roughly the same reserves and only around 133 million shares on issue hey?
