I suggest current shareholders who would be angry and disappointed with a measly $10m capital raising at .20c to email MEL and inform them of how disappointed you would be if the rumor is true.
Maybe you could suggest that they need to think somewhat bigger scale, MEL is not a corner milk bar after all, raise substantially more than $10m and at a price closer to Tuesdays close.
