Yes, maybe as an appendage since there wasn't really anything new in it. I thought it was a bit of overdue politicking by John Starink, time to stand up and point out a few deficiencies. After reading the article, I wasn't totally convinced that new alluvial tin area rights have been granted but if they have, then, yes, an announcement to that effect would be needed. Also, one cannot be certain, in translation, that the 'refused' is as strong as it looks.
However, now that the interview is published, some clarification wouldn't go amiss.
