I can't see too many signs of the proposed share buyback...?
In my opinion it would be a very good time for management to buy.
Buying quite a few million at 5.4 cents would represent a near 25% discount on the 7.1 cent cash backing, give an opportunity for those old disaffected shareholders who wish to exit as well as strengthening the company overall.
