A few other regular posters have suggested this posibility recently. However, IMO the end game will come down to the quality of the management and how they will fight for the values of the company, regardless of a JV partner or full on T/O.
At the moment as a ESG holder, I must say that I'm shocked to see a 90c PS offer being put on the table and I hope there will be a bidding war ahead.
