I'd argue that BYE will be the backbone and that the Cooper will be the driver. Every cent that BYE goes up roughly translates to a tenth of a cent rise in MEL value. MEL have clearly stated that they are investigating farm-in options with SXY and others, and it is clear that SXY are targeting IRR's of over 50%.
