I doubt it. There's a commercial seller there but I suspect that there's also a very cunning buyer who pulls the price down by foloowing the philosophy that the seller will usually meet the buyer if the difference is not great thus establishing a last sale price he can again try to lower. How I read the reports is that the PAB technology that is being tested on humans already works but has to jump thru the hoops.
