I really can't be bothered with the Gold vs Housing argument if all you are going to do is post a blog from someone heavily interested in seeing the housing market perform, but you may want to look at the housing priced in Gold charts that I posted HERE. Unlike Joye boy I didn't cherry pick my data, I took it as far back as the Perth Mint/House Prices I had available would allow.
By the way thedalek, can you let me know when you will be responding to this post? I'm dying to see you admit to your mistake and would like to know whether you think the REISA or RPData vacancy is likely more accurate...
