great news....the top end are selling out , hence the leap in median prices in the face of increasing inflation (read interest rates).
Either that or the CSIRO have cultivated a real money tree and are keeping it very quiet.
I would be following the smart money. They are better connected than the average Joe.
Cash and Forex are the winners for the foreseeable.
