Immigration may be up but what about net migration?? Could well turn negative over the next couple of years.
Restricted land?? You need to be able to afford the land in the first place. Wages versus property prices.....a massive divergence over the last few years.
A boom in 2005-06 spilling in to 2007?? You must be kidding right? In an environment of rising interest rates and a possible recession down the track you sound very optimistic. Oh, and why the boom in 2005-06? Why not now or in 2004 or 2008 or 2010? What's the difference if it's the restriction of land that will cause the explosion in prices?
