like the artical posted the other day, there is a recruitment drive on for more sherifs for ecivting home owners who cant pay their morgage as there is a boom in this area.
there is a point where housing affordablility is just rediculas and then it pops
remember, buy low sell high...... you are buying high at the moment.. VERY high, double what the house's are worth.. this is a fact in australia known globaly.. we have the lowest population out of places like America yet our houses cost far more....... why?
