Well .. Can only speak for myself . I have 3 houses , including the one in which I reside . I certainly HAVE NOT enjoyed +25% type valuations .
Maybe inner Melbourne , but certainly NOT in my area of business , lucky to be 10% . All in Melbourne Sth East .
