labour hire companies and websites like seek.com.au will now record record profits as more and more jobs become available as disgrunted workers leave greedy bosses in the lurch after being offered 50% pay cuts. Saying stick this up ......... and moving to other companies that are prepared to pay mre for quality staff and sacrifice some bottom line to boost productivity and have a happy workforce on reasonable amounts of pay
