They are quite confident with what has been found. The 1B alone has a substantial value and then add in unit 2&3 and it's a very robust project.
I could also add the indications of Marti/alameda are probably what is really driving much of their confidence in block 9. I would say that the net/gross would likely be understood but not yet independently verified. The numbers could be jaw dropping.
