    And billionaires recognise that ideology not economics has driven the underinvestment in upstream O&G projects. "Family offices" want to look after the kids and grandkids by putting their equity into proven investments, being fossil fuels which are the backbone of the world energy economy and will remain so for decades.
    What's more the Cuban Government is supportive to bolster their own in-country use and to generate export revenue.
    Unit 1B is set to deliver and soon, more to come.
    There is no way anyone is getting my shares for some time.
