I think sonangol is losing faith in melbana. Look at how a.p goes into hiding everytime his timelines are missed..
the can can only get kicked down the road for so long until either a big CR or a low ball take over comes.
my gut feel also is that the rig is being used elsewhere atm... if this is the case and a.p has just decided to go into hiding again thats poor form.
