Most investors do their research before committing so a change of name and a new market won't necessarily change the perception of a little old Aussie speccy with a bad history. That said, the Brits may well warm to the Cuba play regardless, so I wouldn't dismiss it as a bad idea. If indeed, that is what they are planning. The 50% odd they raised from shareholders recently should pay for the listing and opening an office in London.
