Maybe I was thinking of the Sydney numbers. What we need is a few agents having their licences revoked for failing to report their auction outcomes. You would think someone in the government would hold these people accountable, as they are dealing with a market triple the size of the stock market. Pulling the wool over vendors eye's may result in unrealistic price expectations. There is always a price to pay for dishonesty imo.
