This week's "real" clearance rate is in the absolute doldrums!

We know pre-weekend there were 815 auctions expected. Now they have reported that there were 633 auctions held, to get their magical clearance rate of 52%.

If we do the real numbers using the reported sold figures:

332 sold / 815 auctions = 41% clearance rate.

So in reality, we have a clearance rate that continues to deteriorate week by week, but they keep fudging the numbers by leaving an ever larger number of unsold properties out of the results so as to keep their magical above 50% rate!
