Regarding:will all of the anti property bears on this forum actually take advantage of what lies ahead or will they spend forever trying to pick the bottom of the market?
Who will pounce?
I am sorry, but those in the know will not be ready to pounce for several years yet, we have just had a 16 year increase in house prices, even if all was well in the world, we are over due (in Oz.) for a major correction lasting two/three years - at least. Unfortunately, all is not well in our global village, this morning - on BBC - I listened to an economics pundit putting a case forward for zero growth in developed nations on the basis that there is not enough resources for all on this earth to live the Oz. life style - this includes big expensive houses.
