The BOA funding is borrowed pretty much against the rebate value that will be returned to us eventually. So it is a debt but not a risky debt as I see it. Not sure about the ' solicitor comment looking into the boa fund'. Would of thought it would be a pretty straight forward loan fund. Not an expert in that field.
