You are wrong!!! Icewine can't be a duster because it's already been proven that there's 3.4billion barrels of recoverable oil in the HRZ. If the person in charge of the drill at Icewine #2h can't point it in the right direction to all the oil so we get a great flow rate then something is massively wrong. The oil is there they next step is to drill #2 and test the flow rate so I doubt very much this can be a duster
