the DEMAND is not real...it exists due to peoples NON belief in governments capability to provide them with decent pensions and ruining the value of super so 'geniuses' are trying to make sure they have enough money for retirement through a "miracle of evergrowing property values"...
...you can understand the hords of 'genius' in being inclined to think that about the government but the other thing...??? (hence a bit of a joke...)
anyway...not real demand but 'demand created through fear of governmental incopetence' to take care of it's citizens...
