    The normal rubbish from the REIV

    1412 were listed to be auctioned last weekend (Sunday Sun), the REIV listed only 790 sold and are claiming a 70% success rate

    Maybe they went to a different school but according to me this is only just over 50% and this includes those sold before auction as well

    Also this does not take into account the sales prices or the quantity of people who attended the auctions.

    Properties sold is one small part of the health or sickness of the housing market
