Wait wasn't GCN suppose to be organising all of this through Netbay?

Free Wifi Media Platform
GoConnect is the appointed media sales agent for the Metro Netbay Free WiFi Marketing platform and has received strong support from a number of advertisers and advertising agencies.

After five months of operation the Metro Netbay Free WiFi marketing platform achieved registration of 25% of the daily Metro Trains commuter base at Flinders Street Station, doubling the penetration level at the end of October 2012.

The registered user number is growing daily. The Company has been advised that the Metro Netbay Free WiFi service will be rolled out to all City Loop Stations and major feeder stations to Melbourne CBD within the next 3 to 6 months. ??????????????????????????

We have also been advised that Melbourne CBD's main thoroughfare Swanston Street will also be provided with free WiFi incorporation the GoConnect Free WiFi Marketing Platform within the next 3 months. ??????????????????????????

Upon full implementation and full acceptance of the Metro Netbay free WiFi and the Melbourne CBD free WiFi we estimate that the free WiFi user reach will exceed 1 million people monthly.

I don't think it is unreasonable to ask what happened GCN?
It was announced to the ASX "WILL" not "MIGHT" or "COULD".
Now we have an article asking for Expressions of Interest.

Also I'm not sure if GCN has checked the calendar but we are not far off being halfway through March. It might be a good idea to start promoting a show that is due to start in March. Or is that not happening either?
