    Sudanese man claimed psychological disorders and being the victim of a war-torn country seeing members of his family killed etc...

    that was the same excuse given in court when the all ready disqualified driver driving drunk and speeding again crashed in a primary school school yard injuring a few young children in Dandenong a few years back
