Not sure what the laws are elsewhere but Dopey Dan recently scrapped the law that made being drunk in a public place illegal. Instead he's building a drunk tank in I can't recall which suburb(that wasn't meant to be a piss take of Dan fwiw but it worked nicely lol) .... if the cops find you drunk they can take you to the drunk tank to sober up, but only if you consent. I thought drunk people couldn't give consent? lmao, Dopey Dan
