I dont think many investors will rush out there and buy a share just because
Sam Fimis from the Hearld-Sun says so.
Conversely, IMO, I dont think many holders will rush out and sell just because he says sell.

re the top Instos 40% ownership:
    (a) They have bought-in at higher than current SP.
    (b) They have likely shorted to cover losses on way down
    (c) They are holding positions for others, likely Chinese, Japanese
    or the big potential customers.

So in summary, IMO, the political risk is all but over and Mr Fimis is like
a short term Rip Van Winkle who has been asleep for a year. The major political
risk has been resolved last April with the re-election of the Malaysian Government and later comments by the leader of the opposition, Mr Anwar Ibraham allays further fear.

The chief risks now are not political but relate to REE prices and LYC's ability
    to produce and deliver.

If LYC can become cash flow positive in the next 3 months and reach nameplate
for both Ph 1 &2 within a year , Mr Fimis' comments will be forgotten and the
Hearld pages recycled into something decent.

    Cheers
