Check this email I got this morning from an Agent ROFL-
"Hello ....... StAlbans has been reduced to $355,000 MUST SELL ASAP. VENDOR SAYS SELL SELL SELL. Regards ......... Ph: .......... .......... Real Estate"
So I replied.....
"Good Luck, the Vendor is still about $50k too high in this current market!"
And then another prospective Buyer replied.....
"Good luck to the owner and the agent who asked for this price!"
Mind you, it's in FERAL St Albans VIC and the Vendor already wanted about $100-$150k MORE than what it probably alreadys worth ROFL. When are these property IDIOTS gonna realise that GONE are the days when FOOLS would pay anything they wanted to CRAP properties in CRAP areas???
