My theory was pretty simple..
Buy 2 cheap houses, I will pay for one and tenant pay for the other... rather than me struggle to pay a monster mortgage.
Long story but had to sell Deer Park as Mrs was pregnant (in hind sight we didnt but them is the breaks..).
Different strokes for different folks..
