If i were to buy for investment in St Albans - would it be easy to rent it out? I would want to buy something in the range of $300-350k and would want at least 600sqm plot size (so that coudl subdivide in the future).
What kind of rent would I be able to get for a house which meets the above criteria? I did live in Sunshine for some time and was very scared going home using public transport in the evening and so got out of the suburb within 6 months.
Now I work in the city and am spoilt by liing 4kms from the city :)
