The day-to-day operations of MCO were until recently conducted by a CEO. The company is currently conducting a search to find a CEO in order to head MCO mining and exploration operations - including corporate. An operating committee will typically assist the CEO as required. This committee comprises directors Noel Laidlaw and Peter Jackson (who between them have ~60 years experience in the Eastern Victorian goldfields in technical roles) and Nick Garling as board chair. The MCO corporate office is managed by Company Secretary Natasha Sever. Tash is an accountant and acts also as the company's financial officer.
