When the share price of the company have been pushed to extremely high, it scares new investors. When company have no new money (new investment) the company funds eventually dry out, existing shareholders will also be tied up with their capital and thus missing other opportunity, this will lead to lost of battle to the rivals and become idle, lack of management.
