Isnt the property market going to crash around us?
So on one hand we have investor buyer rates increasing and alledged low volume sales when everyone, going by the analysis of a few naysayers here....should be selling?
So all the prorperty owners have it wrong and should be selling and the investors coming in also have it wrong?
