the stock spruikers must be drooling at the mouth....so much money going into the property market....if only they could get their hands on it instead..... so what better way, than to harness some property bears into a concerted effort of downplaying any debate on housing , into a constant argument.......using the most outrageous scenarios..... so in the end...it reduces the forum...to be meaningless and a total waste of time.... 10 or 20 posts or more a day.....some must have a lot of time on their hands....or the boss is paying for the privilege.... and the funniest part is...the stock spruikers rely on forums like this....to gain their knowledge....and form a view, to pass onto their readers..... imagine if the stock spruikers, could get a wage earner on 60k, to borrow 450k to invest in their stock game instead ...aahhhggg nirvana...... some on here are barely out of kindergarten.... but no matter...the stock spruikers will pretend all bloggers hold significant financial acumen and intelligence, that is worth listening to......and its so important, it will be used to impart wisdom and views to their audience.... its too funny for words....
