    Total auctions : 552
    Sold : 390
    Withdrawn : 28
    Clearance rate* : 67%
    Total Sales : $ 251,647,550
    Median : $ 619,000



    Only 251 mill sold....lol

    median of $619,000 at 552 propertys.

    But how can that be?

    We cant afford over 500k going by the nahsayers can we?

    So how is it so?

    How can that happen?
