miso, I can't obviously prove to you or anyone else that I am not a stooge of PC over the internet where most are anonymous (unless you are an accredited representative of the company like showman on PLV).

I waver with management, that can be seen from my post history. Admittedly, overall I have been positive but at times I get annoyed that PC/JF etc don't hold enough shares (and that is why in my melbourne meeting post, I put the comment about 85% blackout period because I still think they could buy but are making excuses).

I understand where dinkum is coming from but I am not sure whether he is an ex-employee as most here know he has an axe to grind with PC (and I know muzza isn't crazy about PC but he knows dinkum likes to post about options ad nauseum).

If you are looking for dividends, probably need to look outside of the biotech sector IMO as only the big biotechs pay divs. Out of the big biotechs: MSB doesn't pay a dividend and they have $200m in cash, CSL's div is quite low with little to no franking credits only COH pays what could be considered a decent div.

Biotechs in general (except for say Acrux - you might have a look at them as they pay dividends albeit low but cap gains and divs are not assessable) take a long time to commercialise their technology, they need the cash to achieve this so they don't generally pay dividends. If you are looking for yielding stocks, may need to look at the banks, Telstra.

I have held a small parcel of BTA since '06 and added to it in last few years. I understand that it has been a long road (with little capital appreciation) for some, ask googala (who wouldn't remember me but we met at one of the previous briefings) how long he has been holding Biota?

Biota did pay a capital return in 2009 (not quite a dividend but a 'return' nonetheless).
